Head east on Hudson Bay Road 1.4 miles, turn left to Vista Bay Marina
Reason for Project: The owner wishes to convert the current public marina to a part private (for those clients wishing this service) and part public marina. There will be 36 private slips, 52 public slips and 19 public side ties in Vista Bay Marina.
No construction is required for this conversion in operation.
