Unless otherwise noted public hearings are held at:
Kootenai County Government Bldg.
451 Government Way, Room 1A, in Coeur d'Alene
- Files can be requested and copied at the Planning Department.
- Written comments must be received ten days prior to the hearing date.
- Comments can be turned in at the hearing.
- Public testimony is usually limited to three minutes.

Case No. CP-082-08, a proposal to amend all chapter of the Kootenai County Comprehensive Plan. As of January 3, 2009, the Planning Commission had completed and forwarded their recommended 3rd draft plan to the Board. The Board held public hearings on May 27, May 28, and June 1, 2009. The motion at the close of the public hearings was to take this case under advisement to deliberations. Deliberations will resume with Plan Implementation, Chapter 16.
