Our comments have been submitted to Washington Dept of Ecology regarding Ecology’s 2009 Draft Spokane River and Lake Spokane Dissolved Oxygen Total Maximum Daily Load, Water Quality Improvement Report (“2009 Draft TMDL”).

These comments address our concerns with respect to the modifications made by the Department of Ecology to the May 2008 Draft TMDL report and incorporated into the September 2009 Draft TMDL report.
