What is the Wild & Scenic Film Festival?

KEA's best fundraiser - and by far the most fun!

We have a 2-hour program of beautiful, inspirational films for you and your family, unbelievable prizes and raffles. Bring your friends, tell your neighbors and family members! Let's get psyched for water and outdoor adventures - and support our great cause.

When is it happening?

Friday, March 24, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Where will it be?

Schuler Auditorium at North Idaho College, 880 W. Garden Ave., Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

How much does it cost?

Tickets are $20 for Adults, $50 for VIPs, $15 for students and $5 for kids. We have a family packet for 2 adults and kids for $40. If tickets are still available on Friday, March 24, buy them at the door.

Why is KEA showing these films?

Kootenai Environmental Alliance is the Lake Coeur d'Alene Waterkeeper, and we focus on water, land use and climate change.

We do what we do to protect, conserve and restore our phenomenal lake. We need to know and understand the threats to our clean water, and what we can do about it. KEA offers educational programs, conducts awareness campaigns, citizen science programs, policy reviews and we host Talk-Oh! Tuesdays about specific topics - and so much more. We need your help to keep doing this and to engage our community in safeguarding the Lake for our kids and their kids...

More than films:

Our host for the evening will be Jamie Esler, a local environmentalist with passion and humor. We also have an elementary and middle school art contest and will announce the winners at intermission. Wine and beer are available for purchase before the event and at intermission. At the end we'll draw the raffle tickets prize winners! Our prizes are good stuff worth waiting for.

KEA needs your support.

Come see GREAT films that celebrate the beauty and wonder of our natural world. Bring your friends and join us!

*One thing to note: these are not films for kids. We think they'll like them but we can't guarantee that no foul words will pop up. In general, these films are family friendly, but not children's films.
